Attack style The Grotworms have two attacks that they use. One is magic and the other is attack. Magic attack: Regular attack: Despite them hitting you often, they have a extremely slow attack, so killing them shouldn't be a hard thing to do. Drops The drops that the Grotworms have some drops that are new to Runescape like royal dragonhide, to royal bolts. Here are the drops that the Grotworms have: 100% drops - Bones Potions - super strength (2) - Super attack (2) - Saradomin brew (2) - Super restore (2) - Strength potion (1) - Attack potion (1) Food - Bass - Rainbow fish - Shark - Cod Weapons are armour - Mithril sq shield - adamant sq shield - Royal bolts - Royal cape Ores - Mithril ore (noted) - Coal (noted) - Adamantite ore - Runite ore Herbs Seeds - Poison ivy seed - Morchella mushroom spore - Kwuarm seed - Dwarf weed seed - Cadantine seed Runes - Law runes - Nature runes - Death runes - Blood runes Other - Coins - Flax - Lipwurt root - Teak logs - Mahogany logs - Clue scroll (medium) - Royal dragonhide - Clue scroll (hard) - Spin ticket - Ancient effigy - Onyx bolt tips You can also get items from the random drop table by using your ring of wealth and having it equipted Notes The dungeon contains three types of Grotworms: Young Grotworm Grotworm Mature Grotworm Mature Gortworms are located in the level 3 aread of the dungeon, and young grotworms are located in the level 1 area of the dungeon.
