This will not only save you prayer potions, but food and time as well.
Items needed: Ranged weapon/ammunition or a powerful spell, the weakest acceptable being fire blast at 59 magic.
I like to do the hard brothers first, so I posted Dharok first
First off, you'll want to stand here and click the sarcophagus with run on
After that, immediately run to the rock shown, which is near the stairs.
RUN there, if you walk he will catch you.
WARNING: He has the chance to hit you for anywhere up to 680 damage, but it is very very unlikely that he will do so. He will hit you once and never again, as with all the brothers.
Next up, Verac
Stand here and click
Run to the spot shown
Guthan
Stand here and click
Run here.
Torag
Stand here and click
Run to the spot shown
IF you have a melee brother as the tunnels brother, try to make sure you fight him in the chest room. Open the chest and try to get him here
As for Ahrim and Karil, as far as I know, it's impossible to safespot them as they do not melee.
I don't have Akrisae because I cannot do ROTM yet.

| With the right supplies, it's possible for me to do upwards of 14 complete lootings on one inventory.
That amounts to getting at least one barrows item per trip maybe two.
