Guide:

To start the quest, speak to Explorer Jack north of Lumbridge castle. While talking to Explorer Jack he will tell you about the "riches and hidden knowledge" that are hidden in the Land of Snow.

Ask him how to get to the Land of Snow and he will tell you to see Isidor in the basement of Wizards' Tower. He will also give you a teleport code - without it you cannot get to the Land of Snow. "Ectosum glissendo" is the code.

Make your way over to Wizards' Tower, south of Draynor Village, and go into the basement. Here you will find Isodor; speak to him and he will teleport you to the Land of Snow.

Once you have been teleported, you will find that you cannot walk on the ice. You will have to slide around until you find the entrance to the cave. Slide in the following directions, using the compass, to get to the entrance.

  • South
  • East
  • North
  • East

Once you have entered to cave, you will find yourself in an underground room. Pillars will block the way when you try to slide to the next entrance. To get to the next room, slide in the following directions:

  • East
  • North
  • West
  • South
  • East
  • South
  • East

You will now find yourself in yet another maze room, but this time there is a reward (2000 Crafting experience). The solution for this room (with the crafting experience - level 30 Crafting required) goes like so:

  • East
  • North
  • West
  • South
  • East

You will now find yourself in a more complicated room. Here is one solution:

  • Northeast
  • North
  • East
  • South
  • West
  • North
  • East
  • South
  • East

This next maze is quite complicated, so if you manage to get yourself confused, remember that you can logout and login to reset yourself to the start of the room. This room also comes with the chance to gain 10k Agility experience (Members Only - Level 55 Agility required). The following includes both solutions:

Without agility reward:

  • Northeast
  • North
  • East
  • South
  • East

Including 10k agility experience:

Once again you will find another maze room. The solution is:

  • East
  • South
  • East
  • North
  • East
  • North
  • West
  • Southeast
  • East

Now you find yourself in another maze room, and this one requires you to push two blocks into gaps on the northern path. Here is what you need to do:

Block 1:

  • East (In order to wake up the Yeti to save you trouble later. It will return you to the start of this room)
  • Southeast
  • East
  • South
  • Push block to the west
  • Southwest
  • North

  • Push block to the north

Block 2:

  • Northeast
  • Push block to the north
  • West
  • South
  • Exit room archway

Now that you are back in the room you were before, you must reach the ledge in the northeast corner of the room. To do this, go:

  • North
  • West
  • North
  • East
  • Squeeze through the crevice

Now you are in the room which you were in just moments before. Simply slide along the ledge, and if you have brought a hatchet with you, you can clear the wall near the crevice for 20k Woodcutting experience (80 Woodcutting required). Now go through the crevice.

Once you enter the crevice, you will be back in the room with the Yeti inside, but now it is unable to see you. On the ledge there is a pipe, to use this you must study the etchings on the wall behind you and then shout down the pipe. Once you have done this you will see a cutscene of you having a shouting match with the Yeti.

Now go back through the crevice, slide along the ledge and go through another crevice. To get to the next room go:

  • West
  • Southeast
  • East to enter the next room
  • East to enter the Yeti's room

Now that you are in the room with the unconscious Yeti, you will notice some stones. Pick up the stones and slide west out of the cave, then right click on the archway and select "exit-cave".

You will now be seen by the snow imps who will tell you that the "stones" are actually yeti dung and that it was a prank. They will then enchant it so you can give it to Explorer Jack. Teleport to Lumbridge and give the dung to Explorer Jack. You can decide if you want to tell him the truth about the dung or not, it's entirely up to you. Jack will thank you and give you your reward.
