Waves 1 - 6

The first few waves are pretty simple. You will need to use the highest level water spell that you can use. The level 122 Tz-Kih drain 10 prayer points, therefore, you might want to kill these first. If you die within the fight caves you do not lose items, but you will have to restart at wave 1. You can logout of the cave if you have not been attacked for 10 seconds. Note that you cannot logout on wave 63, which is the final wave.

The next set of waves you will have to fight the Tok-Xil. This creature will attack you with mainly ranged attacks, but it can also attack with melee. You should use melee to attack this new creature, because it is weak to slash attacks. Ranged prayer can be used, but melee armour should be good enough to tank.

The 'boot shaped' rock is the main safespot to be used, but you can trap the Yt-MejKot behind another monster. Yt-MejKot are weak against water spells, therefore you should mage them.

TzTok-Jad

Jad magic attacks: Jad will go back on its hind legs and send an attack at you. Make sure to turn on magic prayer immediately whenever you see this.

Jad ranged attacks: Jad will stomp his front legs on the ground and you will see the floor below his feet change. Jad will then send an attack from the ceiling. Make sure you put on protect ranged attacks as soon as possible.

Jad melee attacks: When performing a melee attack, TzTok-Jad will not make any movements or sounds beforehand, it will swing its foot at you straight away. This is only a danger if meleeing it, so if you are, switch back to Protect from Melee after every one of its attacks, and change correspondingly to protect from its other attacks.

  • Note if you mess up on one of the prayer switches do not stop prayer switching. Make sure to continue prayer switching while eating back to full health.

Jad is the final boss of the fight caves. It can use all three types of combat styles. You should start out praying against ranged. Whenever you get Jad to half life it will summon four minions that will heal Jad. You should attack each attack each healer once while correctly switching prayers. Once you have all of the healers attacking you then continue killing Jad. Note that if the healers are to close to Jad then they will heal it.

Rewards

If you successfully defeat Jad then you will be rewarded with 16064 tokkul and a fire cape.
