Introduction

Talk to Lokar Searunner who can be found at the docks in Rellekka.

Lokar will invite you to visit the Moon Clan with him but will suggest you speak to Brundt the Chieftain first to obtain a Seal of Passage. Head over to Brudnt who can be found in the pub and he will give you the Seal of Passage. Head back and speak to Lokar once again, and he will ferry you across to Pirate Cove. Climb up the stairs nearby and speak to Captain Bently in the ship. You will set off for Lunar Isle however you will arrive back in the same place you set out from. Speak to the Captain again and he'll ask you to go talk to the navigator of the ship, Birds-Eye' Jack. Climb below deck and speak to Birds-Eye' Jack, and he will tell you that his course was on track and you should tell the Captain that. Speak to the Captain and then talk to Jack once more and the only alternative he can come up with is that the ship must be jinxed.

The ship is Jinxed

Return to the Captain with the news, and he'll ask you to find out who has jinxed the ship. Head north and speak to Eagle-eye' Shultz to find out some information regarding jinxes. Shultz will tell you that the jinx is most likely an object of some kind, so head to the bottom floor of the ship and speak to the chef, Beefy Burns. Following that conversation, return to the top deck and climb the stairs to the south to find Lecherous Lee. Speak to Lee and then climb back down the stairs and speak to First Mate Davey-Boy'. Following this conversation you will both come to the conclusion that the Cabin Boy is behind the jinx, so climb back up the stairs where Lecherous Lee was and speak to the Cabin Boy nearby.

The Cabin Boy will confess to jinxing the ship by drawing symbols in various places, and will give you some vague hints as to where the symbols can be found. He will also give you a lantern and an emerald lens. Use the lens with the lantern and then light it, and use the lantern on: the cannon east of the Cabin Boy; the wallchart in First Mate Davey-Boy's office; the wooden chest by the ladder in the bottom deck; the support column north of Beefy Burns and finally the crates stacked on top of each other east of Beefy Burns.

Arriving on Lunar Isle

Note: Make sure to always have the Seal of Passage wielded or in your inventory at all times otherwise you will not be able to interact with anyone and be kicked off Lunar Isle.

Now that you have removed the jinx from the ship, speak to the Captain and you will finally reach the Lunar Isle. Enter the village and following the cutscene, you wll find Meteora who towards the south, and she will direct you to the Oneiromancer who is their leader. Exit the village and head southeast and speak to the Oneiromancer.

Learning their ways

The Oneiromancer will ask you to learn their magic ways, and tell you to speak to Baba Yaga who is in the moving chicken house to the north, behind the bank.

Making the Potion

Speak to Baba Yaga and she will talk to you about making a potion, and will give you a special vial to use. Fill this vial with water with the sink next to the bank, and then add a clean guam and marrentil. Now prepare yourself for fighting a level 105, 106 or 113 Suqah and head southeast. Defeat it, and pick up the Suqah tooth.

Grind the Suqah Tooth using a pestle and mortar and add it to the potion.

Lunar Staff

Take this to the Oneiromancer who will now instruct you to make a Lunar Staff, by using a Dramen Staff on the air, fire, water and earth runecrafting altars in that order.

Ceremonial suit

Following this, bring the Lunar Staff back to the Oneiromancer and she will now tell you that you need to create an ceremonial suit which consists of eight items; a helm, cape, amulet, torso, gloves, boots, trousers, and a ring.

Lunar Helm

To make the Lunar Helm, head north east and enter the dungeon and mine a stalagmite to receive a Lunar ore. Return to Rellekka using the ship and smelt the ore and smith it on the anvil to create a Lunar Helm.

Lunar Cape

For the Lunar Cape head northwest in the village and speak to Pauline. She will offer you the cape if you can guess her real name, which is Jane Blud Hagic Maid.

Lunar Amulet

To acquire Lunar Amulet speak to Meteora, who will tell you that she lost her special tiara to the Suqahs in the south-east area. Proceed to kill them until you get the special tiara as a drop. Collect four hides as well, as you will need these later on. Take the tiara to Meteora and she will give you the amulet.

Lunar Torso, Gloves, Boots and Trousers

To make the Lunar Torso, gloves, boots and trousers, speak to Rimae Sirsalis at the clothes shop. Rimae will offer to tan the four hides for 100gp each (and also stocks a needle and thread). When the hides have been tanned, use a needle and thread on them to make the pieces of the Lunar Torso, gloves, boots and trousers. Finally, to obtain the Lunar ring, speak to Selene (west of the bank), who will tell you that she doesn't have the ring as her Grandfather buried it. She will give you a clue as to where it can be found so take your spade and dig in the south-western part of island, south of the bridge by some blue flowers.

The Ceremony

Bring the ceremonial suit back to the Oneiromancer and she will hand you back all the items you'd given her previously along with some kindling from the first ever magic tree. Put on all of the Lunar clothing and staff, and then head to the brazier towards the northwest of the village. Light it using a tinderbox, and then use the kindling with the potion. Use the soaked kindling on the brazier and you will enter the ethereal realm. Speak to the Ethereal man or lady who will tell you that you need to complete some tests. Note that if you die or log out within the Ethereal realm you will not die but will have to get more kindling and another potion from the Oneiromancer. After speaking to the Ethereal man or lady, stand on the platform to the east. The tasks below are listed in clockwise order. When you have completed a task, speak to the Ethereal man or lady once more and tell them what you have learnt.

The Race is on - Speak to the Ethereal expert and he will ask you to race. You will have to jump over several hurdles whilst he has a straight and easy path. Finish the race before him to win.

Communicating in numbers - Speak to the Ethereal Numerator who will give you a series of five number sequences and ask you to touch the next two numbers that come next. Below is a table of all possible sequences that may be given:

Sequence First number Second number
1, 2, 3 4 5
1, 3, 5 7 9
7, 3, 6 5 1
8, 6, 4 2 0
9, 7, 5 3 1
0, 1, 3, 4 6 7
1, 2, 4, 5 7 8
1, 4, 2, 5 3 6

2, 3, 5, 6 8 9
2, 6, 3, 7 4 8
3, 4, 2, 5 1 6

1, 1, 1, 2, 1, 3, 1, 4 1 5

Anything you can do - This test is the same as the Mime random event, speak to the Ethereal Mimic and copy the emote he does. You will have to mimic five emotes to past.

A game of chance - Speak to the Ethereal Fluke and he will shout out a number. The goal is to match the number shown on the dice face with the corresponding number you were given by the Ethereal Fluke. You can kick the dice over, so 1 would be 6, and 6 would be 1 etc.

Where am I? - Talk to the Ethereal Guide and you will discover that you have to cross over the floating puffs to reach the other side. The only way to do this is through trial and error If you take the wrong path you will have fall and have to restart.

Chop, chop, chop away! - The Ethereal Perceptive will challenge you to cut 20 logs from the dream tree faster than he does, and deposit the dream logs in a pile in the middle. He will give you a bronze hatchet if you don't have one.

When you have completed all six tests, speak to the Ethereal man or lady once more and you will be given one more final test in which you must confront a level 79 version of yourself.

When you have defeated yourself, read the book of life to return to reality and speak to the Oneiromancer.
